The $530 to $660 figures are worst-case unit costs: each is the monthly fee divided by the package's minimum link count, and minimums are floors. The fee buys the whole campaign operation: ideation, data sourcing and analysis, expert commentary preparation, pitching journalists, and the reporting that proves each placement.

Nothing is billed per link on top of the retainer, and no placement counts toward the minimum until it passes quality checks.
