3. Business clients only
Services are provided to businesses acting in a commercial capacity. We do not provide consumer services through this website.
4. When an agreement forms
A binding agreement forms when you approve a proposal or quote, make a payment (including through the online checkout), instruct us in writing to proceed, or knowingly allow us to begin work. If you sign a separate agreement or statement of work with us, that document takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
5. What we do not guarantee
We do not control search engines, publishers, journalists, or third-party metrics, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, DA/DR values, the permanence of any placement, or coverage in any named publication. Publishers keep full editorial control: they may edit copy, choose anchor text, apply nofollow or sponsored attributes, change URLs, or remove content, and we are not liable for those decisions.
6. Packages and delivery
Monthly packages specify a minimum number of editorial placements per month. Placement timing depends on journalist response and publication schedules; links land progressively across the month rather than on a fixed date. Where a monthly minimum is not reached, the shortfall carries forward and is delivered in the following period.
7. Fees, payment, and refunds
Invoices are due on receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing, and we may require payment before starting or continuing work. Online checkout is processed in GBP by Stripe on our ordering platform; the USD figures shown on this site are indicative conversions. If payment is more than 7 days overdue we may pause campaigns and withhold deliverables. Payments are final and non-refundable except where agreed in writing, and you agree not to raise chargebacks for properly authorized payments.
8. Client obligations
- Provide accurate information, approvals, and access promptly.
- Warrant that material you supply is lawful and that you hold the necessary rights to it.
- Use our services for legitimate business purposes only.
- Communicate professionally; we may end an engagement over abusive behavior.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with these terms or the services is capped at the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, rankings, traffic, data, or goodwill; for indirect or consequential losses; for search engine algorithm updates or manual actions; or for failures of publishers, platforms, hosts, or payment processors.
10. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, processes, publisher relationships, and know-how. Rights in deliverables transfer to you once the relevant work is paid in full; until then you have a limited, revocable license to use them for the agreed purpose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or misuse the services. You may end ongoing services with the notice period in your agreement, or 30 days' written notice where none is stated. Early termination does not create a right to a refund unless agreed in writing.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the home jurisdiction of our operating company, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
